I have a Gibson 390 (mini HBs) for that slot, but I'd try that Casino Coupe if I didn't have the Gibson. The Casino Coupe with the 339-size lower bout is fully hollow w/P90s, but know that it has the same D profile neck as the 339s. I suspect this is a problem with most split setups, not just Epi. Though the much better player I sold the 339 to made them sound GREAT when he auditioned it on my Fly 3, I was not happy with the stock HBs, and, to me, it did not sound good with the coils split - volume drops by 1/2 and sounds thin - you'd have to use a boost pedal to overcome that. I sold the HB when I got a Gibson 339 and didn't need 2 of that pickup configuration. OK for my low experience level, but I always smile when I pick up a fuller C profile. Both have the D neck profile (flat middle w/shoulders) that some like, more don't.
